This project shall include but is not limited to, improvements, including site preparation, excavation, earthwork, and partial building demolition. A building addition and full facility renovation, encompassing to rough and finish carpentry, structural steel, masonry, interior finishes, glazing, and painting. A cashier's check or certified check drawn on an acceptable bank or a Bid bond equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of bid. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount prior to the execution of the contract and said bonds shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year after final acceptance of the work.
