Question Submission Deadline: November 2, 2023, 11:59pm The purpose of this request for statement of qualifications (RSQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide the requested services. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be awarded a basic contract to provide the necessary services for a period of three (3) years or project completion, whichever is longer, may be allowable exercisable at the option of the County and as approved by the Volusia County Council and mutually agreed upon. This solicitation is made in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 287.055, Laws of Florida, known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RSQ, or to negotiate separately with competing Respondents, and to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any proposal, or to accept that proposal or proposals, which in the judgment of the proper officials, is in the best interest of the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
