Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lake Benton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,531-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of January 9, 2024, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Successful Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. The following is the anticipated timeline: 1. Notice to Proceed: On or after April 15, 2024 2. Project completion: August 15, 2025, or as otherwise agreed upon in the Contract. a. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at $1000.00 per day following the required agreed-upon project completion deadline.
