Project Description: The project consists of partial demolition and rehabilitation of the Centrale Building. Work includes removal of the roof, repair and repainting of structural steel, replacement of air handling and odor control .systems, piping modifications, replacement of doors and window, reroofing of the building, solar panels, electrical, instrumentation, control, and fire system modifications . *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineers Estimate: $8,200,000 to $10,500,000 including sales tax. As necessary, responses to questions will be made available to all bidders via addenda. Questions for which the responses affect the bid conditions will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2023. The work is located at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant, 500 Adams Street NE, Olympia, WA 98501.
