Site work for a civil project in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
2299121-MS Pump Station No. 4 Rehabilitation Pump Station 4 located at 810 Walnut Street, Lawrence, KS 66044. All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org.The questions deadline is Tuesday, October 24th, Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the city and will become addenda to this Bid. Rehabilitation of the existing PS04 to include coating of the existing wet well, replacement of hatches and all mechanical and electrical equipment. The existing pumps will be reused as a part of the project. Other work will include replacement of the existing manhole on the pump station site with a new 8' diameter manhole and CIPP or replacement of 19 LF of 30" gravity main between the manhole and PS04 wet well. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond no less than 5% of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Lawrence, retained by the City Commission until a contract for the project shall have been awarded. Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. PN-227329-001
