Clear/clean/restore proper flow to storm drain system at San Elijo State Beach campground. Including cleaning of approx. 2,500 feet of 10 to 18 storm water drainage pipe, 2 trench drains, and 19 18x24 grated storm drain inlets using high pressure water blasting and vacuum cleaning to evacuate compacted sand and debris. The contractor will provide labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to clear and clean the entire storm drain system of all compacted sand and debris and will properly dispose of evacuated materials. This solicitation is for Invitation for Bid (IFB), entitled Storm Drain Clearance / Hydro Jetting at San Elijo State Beach. The State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation is submitting a request for bid.
