RCS is inviting proposals from a qualified Proponents to provide electrical maintenance repair and installation services as required on an as-needed basis. The Standing Offer contract does not guarantee work. Projects will be distributed to each of the awarded proponents on a rotational basis at the discretion of the RCS Facilities Department. Proponents are expected to be able to supply all incidental supplies and products needed in the normal course of performing the requested services. Any associated products or consumables provided by the proponent must be new unless specifically agreed to by RCS, and must all be CSA certified where required. All charges that would be considered exceptions, must be approved prior to commencing service. Award will be made by Purchase Order to up to two (2) suppliers for an initial three (3) year term with two (2) additional two (year terms).
