Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 3,692-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and educational facility.
Sweat lodge site development including the construction of new concrete slab, fencing, concrete bench and planter, wood storage, site drainage, installation of exterior light fixtures and planting. Interior upgrade includes construction of new barrier-free washroom, common washroom, kitchen, gathering area and new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. All questions and clarifications with respect to this RFP should be posted on bonfire prior to 2:00 PM CST on October 19, 2023.
