Alpine County Community Development is seeking proposals for its fuel management system to be upgraded at (2) existing fueling sites. Bidders must propose a comprehensive implementation effort to centralize, upgrade, and modernize the Districts fuel management system software and hardware (including fuel pumps/dispensers). Bidders are encouraged to provide a best practice solution for their implementation methods, and all implementation methods must, at a minimum, comply with the requirements of this RFP. The county has budgeted a maximum of $100,000.00 for this project Full implementation of the project shall be completed before June 15th , 2024. However, proposers shall submit a timeline with their proposal, and lead time for this project will be a factor in the evaluation of the proposal. The County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. However, this Bid shall remain open and shall not be withdrawn for a period of at least sixty (60) days after the date set for its opening and shall remain open and valid thereafter until it is withdrawn by Bidder. The Contractor shall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the life of this Agreement. Contractor shall also obtain any and all permits which might be required for the Services to be performed.
