Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Corvallis, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
This project will construct new asphalt taxilanes to allow the construction of two new T-hangar buildings. The project includes approximately 1,100 feet of asphalt taxilanes and a stormwater treatment system to treat runoff from the new impervious areas. Currently, all T-hangars, City and privately owned, on the airfield are 100% occupied, and the airport holds a waiting list of 40 aircraft owners. Adding new hangars for small, general aviation aircraft will address this need. The project is include in the city's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
