Site work for a water / sewer project in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will replace 360 feet of stormwater pipe that has reached the end of its useful life. The work will be completed in two locations: 220 feet of 8-inch concrete storm pipe with 12-in PVC pipe on Polk Avenue east of 9th Street. 140 feet of 6-inch clay pipe located in an easement with 12-inch PVC pipe relocated within 5th Street just south of Jefferson Avenue. The work will include the replacement of stormwater pipes, manholes and catch basins within the City right of-way. This project is included in the city's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), construction estimated FY2023-2024. Per the owner, as of November 5, 2024, construction has been completed on this project. Information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
