Completed plans call for the demolition of a 62,000-square-foot transportation facility; for environmental remediation for a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and for asbestos abatement for a transportation facility.

**As of November 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 4, 2025.** The project consists of Berths 208-209 Container Freight Station Building Demolition,1050 South Ways Street Starkist Demolition and Storage Lot Conversion, South Seaside Avenue Storm Drain Restoration, Southwest Marine Administration Building Demolition and Pavement Improvements, and 1025 South Seaside Avenue Demolition and Lot Conversion. Berths 208-209 Container Freight Station Building Demolition consists of demolition of an approximately 62,000 square feet, 30 feet tall former container freight station (CFS) building; concrete paving repairs; asbestos abatement; lead remediation; and miscellaneous utility work in accordance with Drawing No. 1-3502. 1050 South Ways Street Starkist Demolition and Storage Lot Conversion consists of demolition of buildings including asbestos abatement and lead remediation, structures, and timber dock associated with former Starkist Cannery, grading of site, installation of crushed miscellaneous base with stabilizing agent, and installation of permanent perimeter fencing and lighting for temporary equipment storage in accordance with Drawing No. 1-3571. South Seaside Avenue Storm Drain Restoration consists of construction of storm drain system in accordance with Drawing No. 1-3572. Southwest Marine Administration Building Demolition and Pavement Improvements consists of demolition, asbestos abatement, and lead remediation of 5,000 square feet wood framed building including foundation, grading, and paving of site with asphalt concrete in accordance with Drawing No. 1-3573. 1025 South Seaside Avenue Demolition and Lot Conversion consists of demolition, asbestos abatement and lead remediation of 10,500 square feet metal framed building including foundation, mechanical, and electrical equipment, grading, and paving of site with asphalt concrete in accordance with Drawing No. 1-3574.
