Site work for a road / highway in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This work consists of removal of existing signage and replacement with updated standards and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications. The scope area for this project is the approximately 3.5 miles running from Frontier Park to New Town Boulevard touching Blanchette Park, Blanchette landing and the Katy Trail. Three Parts to the project - o Demolition of older existing signs on the trail o Installation of new signs matching the newer GRGstandards o ADD ALTERNATE Install "sticks" in locations lined out on plan set. Questions should be directed to Susan Jankowski, Operations Manager at sjankowski@grgstl.org All requests for clarification on these bidding documents must be received in writing by October 20, 2023 by 12:00 pm CST. The District reserves the right to waive informalities in bids, and to reject any and all bids submitted. The Contractor will perform such work, including all labor, equipment and material as described in Invitation to Bid (Form GRG 1),attached to this Contract. All work shall be performed as described in the "Contract Documents" defined in the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION (Form GRG 5) which shall be a part of this Contract.
