The work for Contract A will consist of approximately 1.4 miles of waterline sized 3", one (1) pressure station with on-site emergency generator, directional drilling, and various other related items. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Owner also expressively reserves the right to delete certain portions of the project should available project funds be exceeded by the best bidder. The CONTRACTOR should carefully review the Deductive Alternate areas as quantities could vary significantly, or may not be constructed in total. Each BIDDER must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Additionally, Bidder shall submit with their Bid a Certificate of Incumbency if they are incorporated and shall submit those appropriate documents listed in the Information for Bidders. Attention of all bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract. Minimum Wage Rates are not a part of this project.
