Construction of a concrete pad that will provide ADA accessibility from the existing parking lot to the existing playground, an interactive rain garden component, new benches, a new accessible picnic table, flushmounted spray heads/associated splash pad equipment and utilities, and all associated site work The City if Lowell (City) is seeking a qualified contractor (Contractor) to construct a new splash pad and rain garden per the attached construction documents and specifications. The proposed design features a concrete pad that will provide ADA accessibility from the existing parking lot to the existing playground, an interactive rain garden component, new benches, a new accessible picnic table, and flushmounted spray heads. Equipment and furniture for the base bid has been procured separately. The scope of work includes all site preparation and associated site improvements.
