Per Addendum 4 - Bid Date Extended New Lenox Public Safety Building The scope of work includes the of the new construction of the joined Police and Fire public safety complex building and grounds. The building will be a single story, 24,000 square foot, wood, and steel framed facility with slab on grade construction. The scope will include all site improvements and development.
