Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 4, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Scope of work will primarily be construction of sidewalks, driveway approaches, curb, remote curb ramp upgrades, and site restoration in support of the FY24 IMP sidewalk program (as approved by city council under the FY24 budget), NAMP and SMP by contract programs. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 420 calendar days. The estimated construction budget for this contract is $5,259,870.59 Wage Decision - Bidder shall meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract and shall reference the wage decision posted with this solicitation on the City's website. The Deadline for questions is scheduled for October 24, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. CT. SBEDA Requirements: M/WBE (18%) Estimated Construction Budget: Package 3: $5,259,870.59
