Work Location:1391 Russell Branch Parkway SE Leesburg, VA 20175 The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the cleaning, inspection, and evaluation of various wastewater process treatment tanks. The Town will determine the extent, priority, and scheduling of wastewater treatment tank rehabilitation needs. The resulting contract shall commence on a date that is mutually agreed upon by both parties and shall continue in force for one (1) year. Upon mutual agreement of both parties, the resulting Contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one-year terms. Renewal pricing may be negotiated and adjusted, but at no time will a single year price increase exceed the percentage increase of the Services category, not seasonally adjusted, of the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) of the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics for the latest twelve months for which statistics are available. Unless otherwise instructed, the Procurement Contact is the sole point of contact for questions concerning this RFP. Questions concerning this RFP must be made in writing to the Procurement Contact listed on the cover page of the RFP. Questions must be received by the Question Deadline stated, Question Deadline 10/30/2023 at 5:00 PM ET
