The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain fixed price bids from certified Systimax resellers to provide the following services for the County of Loudoun, Virginia, (County) Department of Information Technology (DIT): 1.1 Install cable drops - adds, moves, and changes; 1.2 Install and provide maintenance/repair as needed to building and campus fiber, and copper cable, and associated infrastructure; and 1.3 Provide warranty services for all existing installed Systimax cable systems. The County anticipates the award of one (1) contract for a period of one (1) year contract, with four (4), one year (1) renewal options for a maximum five (5) year contract.
