The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified engineering firm to perform a variety of tasks to support landfill operations and facility compliance with applicable local, State, and Federal regulations. The general scope of work for the contract resulting from this Request for Proposal will include the following. Responding to existing recurring requirements for technical review of data collected through installed and operational environmental monitoring systems. The County reserves the right to reject the successful offeror's selection of subconsultants for good cause.
