Requests for proposals qualified proposers to provide biohazardous materials clean-up and removal services. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals that will provide the best value to the City of Tracy for emergency and on-call services. If the proposer is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the RFP or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the RFP, the proposers shall submit to the CITY a written request for an interpretation or clarification prior to the time for opening the RFPs. All such requests should be emailed to PWAP@cityoftracy.orgno later than October 23, 2023 at 4:00 pm. The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the RFP. The general Scope of Services is to provide biohazardous materials clean-up and removal services. Rfps shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: "sealed rfp for Biohazardous materials clean-up and removal services - do Not open with regular mail" One hard copy and one electronic copy of the rfp shall be provided in the sealed Envelope. The city reserves the right to reject any and all rfps or to waive any irregularities. The city will award the contract to one proposer. The city also reserves the right To reduce/increase the scope of service.
