The County of San Joaquin, hereinafter "County" is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to enter into a design-build agreement to design, engineer, procure, install, interconnect, and commission solar photovoltaic ("PV") at the following three community centers: 1. This is a solicitation for best value so the evaluation needs to be done before pricing is revealed. We accepted a proposal from The Design Build Inc and SolarNorcal DBA Excite Energy. I anticipate a notice of intent to award to be issued late next week.
