This project will improve guardrail at 4 locations associated with the 2021 Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Overlay portion of the Clark County Public Works road preservation program. Improvements include removing and replacing obsolete or damaged existing guardrail according to Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) standards, and associated work.
