Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Model Construction is soliciting bids for the new BGCGC - Roll Hill project. The project consists of a new 2 story 25,000 SF masonry and structural steel facility to provide services to the community. The project will break ground in November 2023 and occupancy is expected in November 2025. As of December 1. 2023, an awarded general contractor has not been identified. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, supervision, safety, protection, tools, hoisting, scaffolding, unloading, rigging, placing, storage, permits, shop drawings, samples, coordination, layout, inspection, and cleaning to complete all work for the above-referenced Project as shown or implied by the Contract Documents. 2. The terms 'summary of work', 'scope of work', and 'project scope' shall be used interchangeably. Project is subject to Commercial Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates. The project is tax-exempt.
