snow removal for residential sidewalks not in compliance with City Code section 136.03 (requiring removal of snow from sidewalks within 10-hrs of snowfall) and bids for snow removal for some of the City sidewalks. Contractor shall provide sidewalk snow removal services only when dispatched; Dispatch will be done via telephone. Contractor shall provide service to the area within ten (10) daylight hours of dispatch or as directed. Sand shall be applied to all removal which does not leave bare sidewalk surface. Services shall include manual removal of ice on sidewalk (as able to be done without cracking/chipping of sidewalk). Contractor to provide notice (via phone call) to City authorized representative upon completion of dispatched work. BID ITEM #1. FEMA Properties. Total 1,426 linear ft. 156 & 160 W. Butler St. 146 ft 161 W. Butler St. 66 ft 525 Williams St. 541 ft 313 River St. 100 ft BID ITEM #2. PARKS. Total 2,959 linear ft. Seibert Park: 508 Quaker Mill Dr. (sidewalk along road only) - 144 ft Baum Park: West & South sidewalk, bridge and sidewalk, west courtesy walk to well house - 813 ft Central Park: 4 sidewalks - on each side of park - 1188 ft Tirrill Park: Sidewalk along Union St. - 814 ft TERM.
