Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project consist of necessary sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water utility relocations to resolve conflicts with the planned KDOT Project No. 70-89 KA-1266-04: I-70, Polk Quincy Viaduct (West Project). The project includes 3,988 square yards of pavement removal and replacement, 2,512 feet of sanitary sewer, 30 feet of storm sewer, and 3,561 feet of water line. KDOT Project No. 70-89 KA-1266-04 Question Deadline 10/27/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documentsshall be submitted only through the City of Topekas e-Procurement System at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date Bid Submittal requirements are explained in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall take note of requirements for notification of MBE's and WBE's as stated in paragraph 24 of the Instruction to Bidders.
