Vendor must contact Vincent Calcagno at (985)375-0128 at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to delivery. Deliveries accepted Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM except during holidays, weekends, or time of disaster. No Friday deliveries will be accepted. The Department, in lieu of an onsite inspection, may choose to approve the materials after review and verification of the treating plants scale calibrations and chemical analysis reports on the product treated.
