Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The improvement includes clearing and grubbing, removals, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, intake replacement, replacement of driveways, sidewalks, street patches, traffic control, pavement markings, erosion control, restoration, seeding, and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 663-312/414, located along East Army Post Road from SE 14th Street to Three Lakes Estates in Des Moines, Iowa. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. This project shall be fully completed not later than April 24, 2026, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $4,500,000.00 Preletting Conference. None.
