Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. This project shall be fully completed not later than April 24, 2026, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $4,500,000.00 Preletting Conference. None.
