Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
WRA Ingersoll Run Outlet Sewer, Phase 28, Segment 2, 072024001 This improvement includes construction of sanitary sewer and paving, including all labor, materials and equipment for excavation and backfill of approximately 2,076 feet of 60-inch sanitary sewer in open cut, 470 feet of 60-inch sanitary sewer in trenchless construction, manholes, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) paving improvements, sidewalk improvements, storm sewer improvements, traffic signals, traffic control, erosion control, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 659-033/221, located generally in the area between West Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Ingersoll Avenue, 12th Street, and 19th Street in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than December 15, 2025 and in accordance with the attached Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $14,200,000.00 Bid Security. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
