The Project Includes the Following Work: Work Under This Project Includes, but is Not Limited to, All Labor, Materials, Equipment and Incidentals for the Installation of a 225 Kw Emergency Standby Generator at the Middle Street Pump Station, Including General Conditions and Mobilization, Earthwork, Site Restoration, Cast-in-place Concrete, Conduits, Controls, Alarm and Instrumentation Systems, And All Incidentals as Required for a Complete Working Unit. Bids Are Requested for the Following Contract: Middle Street Pump Station Generator Upgrade The Intent is to Date the Notice to Proceed For When the Project Construction Activities Will Actually Start. The Procurement Process May Be Conducted Ahead of the Notice to Proceed and the Time Involved With Procurement Will Not Count Against Contract Time. Prospective Bidders May Obtain or Examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office On Monday Through Friday Between the Hours of 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 P.m., and May Obtain Copies of the Bidding Documents From the Issuing Office as Described Below.
