Sealed bids for the Nissequogue Fire Department Renovation Project including removal and replacement of doors, removal and replacement of building/window/door trim, removal and replacement of siding and shingles, and removal and replacement of walkway and apron will be received by the Village Clerk of the Village of Nissequogue. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the above address and designated: Fire Department Renovation. Bids may be delivered on the days mentioned above. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid, and/or to accept any bid in whole or in part and/or to award or not award the contract, if in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, the best interests of the Village will be served. Documents info : The Bid Documents may be examined and/or obtained at the Village Hall, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays except holidays on and after Thursday, October 5, 2023. The deposit will be refunded to each Bidder only if the plans and specifications are returned to the Village, in good condition, within 30 calendar days after the award of the contract. All deposits, will be forfeited to the Village after the 30 calendar days have elapsed.
