The Full Depth Reclamation Base Work consists of constructing a reclaimed cement treated base by pulverizing and mixing the existing asphalt concrete pavement, base rock and subgrade materials with cementitious materials and water, and compacting and grading the treated base to the lines, grades, thicknesses and cross sections required.
