Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of June 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Wildish Construction Co, with an awarded amount of $2,693,850.65. The Full Depth Reclamation Base Work consists of constructing a reclaimed cement treated base by pulverizing and mixing the existing asphalt concrete pavement, base rock and subgrade materials with cementitious materials and water, and compacting and grading the treated base to the lines, grades, thicknesses and cross sections required. Project: East 24th Avenue, Hilyard Street & Alder Street Paving 900402 2,996 CY General Excavation; 7,133 SY Full Depth Reclamation Base, 14 Inches Deep; 6,600 TN Level 3, 1/2 Inch ACP Mixture 2,594 FT Concrete Curbs, Curb and Gutter 13,057 SF Concrete Walks, Ramps, 4 Inches Thick 11,379 SF Fiber Reinforced Concrete, 7 Inches Thick All work must be completed by May 29, 2026 per Special Provision 00180.50(h). The Agency reserves the right to issue Addenda making changes or corrections to the Plans, Specifications or quantities. Bidders are required to submit a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS 279C.370, within two working hours of the bid closing date and time. No bid will be accepted by the City unless it contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the bid that the bidder in carrying out the contract will comply with all applicable laws.
