Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West St Paul, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall consist of the construction of three (3) each, separate paths providing access to the Access Centre Recreation Site grounds. The total approximate length is 315 lineal meters (127 meters, 83 meters, and 105 meters). The paths are to be 1.8 meters wide. Excavate Surplus Material to the Elevations as Per the Path Design and Design Elevations All Excavated Material is to Be Removed From the Access Centre Property Mechanically Compact the Sub-grade Supply and Place Geotextile Fabric on the Compacted Sub-grade Supply, Place and Compact 250mm Thick of 50mm Downcrushed Limestone Supply, Place and Compact 75mm Thick of 6mm Downcrushed Limestone Granular Materials Are to Be Watered to Provide Maximum Compaction Culverts Are to Consist of Csp Material 300mm Diameter by 4m Long Each Culverts Are to Have a Minimum of 100mm of Granular Bedding Existing Ditches at Culvert Locations Are to Be Graded to Match and Tie to the Culvert Invert Elevations Damage to Existing Surfaces Due to Construction Are to Be Restored to Original Condition or Better Question Acceptance Deadline: 2023/10/23 10:00:00 AM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
