Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wilmette, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work is officially known as Manor Drive Easement Water Main Rehabilitation This project is located within the Village of Wilmette and consists of the rehabilitation of an aging water main within an unimproved right-of-way along Walnut Lane, backyard easement along Manor Drive, and side yard easement along New Trier Court. Work includes water main lining, water main replacement, installation of new 6-inch valves and valve vaults, reinstatement of existing water services, lining and/or replacement of affected storm sewers, and any restoration to the pavement, driveways, sidewalk, and parkway as needed. The Village reserves the right to waive any technicalities, irregularities or award in part or in whole or to not award at all, reject any and all bids, and may order a re-advertisement for new bids or whatever is in the best interest of the Village. The proposed work is officially known as Manor Drive Easement Water Main Rehabilitation, as further described in the Specification section of this RFB.
