Pre-Bid Meeting None The proposed work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary for sewer point repairs, manhole reconstructions and replacements, and water valve replacements and installation at various locations throughout the Village. The anticipated Work start date is on or after November 16, 2023. The Contractor shall phase the work into two (2) stages adhering to the criteria below. The Contractor shall provide this phasing schedule with the pre-construction meeting submittals. Stage 1 shall consist of the Sewer Repairs per the plans. Stage 1 shall be substantially complete within 25 working days from the start of construction or by December 22, 2023, whichever comes first. Stage 2 shall consist of the Valve Installations and the Structure Repairs per the plans. Stage 2 shall be substantially complete within 25 working days from the start of construction or by January 26, 2024, whichever comes first.
