project known as the Hanover Township Stormwater Rehabilitation and Enhancement Projects. This work will include the vegetative restoration of two swales and the creation of a raingarden at a Township park. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Hanover Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
