The Proposed Work for the 2023 Sanitary Sewer Smoke Testing Project East Side I & I Program 15,238 L.F. of 8", 4,223 L.F. of 10" Sanitary Sewer Smoke Testing All Bids Shall Be Submitted on the Forms Provided, and Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Applicable Laws, Ordinances, And the Rules and Regulations of All Authorities Having Jurisdiction Over Construction of the Project Shall Apply to the Contract Throughout Including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act The Village of Bolingbrook Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularities and Informalities.
