**As of February 6, 2024, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Fountain dale Public Library District Third Floor Interior Renovations 300 West Briarcliff Road Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. Anticipated Award of Contract date: February 15, 2024. Anticipated Start of Construction: April 1, 2024. Anticipated Substantial Completion date: June 14, 2024. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Owner. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the Library District.
