Events DC is soliciting proposal from firms to provide facility cleaning and janitorial services for the ESA division The Contractor will be responsible for providing daily, continuous cleaning and janitorial services to the entire Arena including both the Monumental Areas and the Events DC Areas during and after each event at the Arena, including all basketball games and other sports events, entertainment events, and concerts. The Contractor will also be responsible for daily cleaning at the RFK Campus to include daily cleaning of all areas within the campus, and weekly street sweeping of all lots. The Contractor will also be required to provide and a daily attendant during hours of operation of the RFK Fields. Questions must be received no later than close of business 5:00 PM EST, Monday, October 30, 2023. Events DC will not consider any questions received after this date.
