The system will serve all heating and cooling needs of (38) multi-family housing units in (6) buildings. The City Electric Department will be funding this project. The subdivision development that the system will serve is a federally funded project. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
