Faxed or emailed bids will NOT be accepted unless noted otherwise in the bid documents. Bids not in compliance with the above requirements may be declared non-responsive and held unopened by the Purchasing Department. Questions regarding this ITB will be submitted in writing via email to wwpur@muni.org. Written questions will be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Alaska Time, October 19, 2023. Questions will include the Buyers name, the ITB number and ITB Title, on the subject line. The MOA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The MOA Purchasing Office is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding MOA Holidays.
