Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Alaska Pacific University (APU), located in Anchorage, Alaska, require the services of a design/build team to replace its Thomas Nordic Skiing Training Center (Center) located on Eagle Glacier above Girdwood Alaska. The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is the contracting, technical and engineering representative for APU. All direction, communications, submittals, and transmissions of information of any kind shall occur between the ANTHC and the Consultant's Project Manager. Any information required or questions regarding this RFP should be addressed and/or delivered to Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium,Contracting Department, 4000 Ambassador Drive,Anchorage, Alaska 99508 ANTHC/APU reserves the right to issue written amendments to revise or clarify the RFP, respond to questions, and/or extend or shorten the due date of proposals
