CBWW Narrows WTP Well No 3 - Upper Terminus Site Directions: Project is located at the Narrows Water Treatment Plant site in Council Bluffs, Iowa, north of North 25th Street. The Work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment and services for the construction of the following: Well facilities for Well 03. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of an at-grade well pad and a 12 FT wide access road, each constructed of crushed stone. Construction of an at-grade cast-in-place concrete well base ring, pump support concrete collar, elevated steel well platform, and steel electrical equipment canopy. Installation of a vertical turbine well pump and miscellaneous valving. Installation of electrical equipment, as well as other related electrical and instrumentation and controls improvements. Construction of a below ground cast-in-place concrete valve vault. Construction of approximately 775 LF of 14 IN DIA raw water main with a maximum bury depth of about 8 FT. Water main construction includes connection to an existing 12 IN raw water main and miscellaneous valves and fittings. Construction of two flushing hydrants. The removal and replacement of an existing flow meter located within an existing concrete manhole.
