1.Racine County is accepting bids for Bid Release#2.5 for the Racine County Youth Development and Care Center (YDCC) project. The facility will co-locate a SRCCCY and Detention Center to serve both male and female youth from Racine and surrounding southeastern Wisconsin counties including Kenosha, Walworth, Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Rock, and Jefferson. The proposed design is a 48-bed facility, approximately 70,000 square feet, located in the Village of Caledonia. Bid Release #2.5 Bid Number BP08A Aluminum and Glass BP08C Overhead Doors BP09A Drywall and Framing BP09H Specialty Flooring BP32B Site Concrete RACINE COUNTY through its duly authorized representatives, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive all technicalities, and choose the offer deemed most advantageous to Racine County. All respondents by submitting their bids agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and decisions of Racine County.
