Renovation of a municipal facility in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Window and Replacement Project for the village of Elmwood Park Taylor Complex, located at 3131 Taylor Avenue, Unit 1, Elmwood Park, Wisconsin 53405 as described in the drawings and specifications as prepared by: Kueny Architects. LLC 10505 Corporate Drive, Suite 100 Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin 53158. Phone number (414)-690-3197 jonw@kuenyarch.com The project consists of the replacement of all the windows of four (4) buildings as indicated on the plans, Bids will be based on a single lump sum for the following: 1. Windows (There will be several Proposals and Alternates) All builders will be required to submit a complete list of subcontractors with their proposals within 24 hours after the bid due date. All these will remain firm for a period of 30 days after the opening date. Successful bidders will not be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. The Owner reserves to write to accept or reject any and all Bids in their best interest.
