Renovation of a municipal facility in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,788-square-foot municipal facility.

RACINE COUNTY through its duly authorized representatives, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive all technicalities, and choose the offer deemed most advantageous to Racine County. All bidders by submitting their bids agree to abide by the rules, regulations and decisions of Racine County. Racine County is accepting vendor bids for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE 1st FLOOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES OFFICES AT THE RACINE COUNTY SERVICE CENTER. Question Deadline 12/01/2023 WORK INCLUDED 1. Selection of Testing Agency shall be by General Contractor with final approval of agency subject to approval by Owner and/or Architect. 2. General Contractor shall coordinate and schedule all testing specified in the Project Manual. 3. Provide such other testing and inspecting as is specified to be furnished by the Contractor in this Section and/or elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
