The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from a Design-Build Team (the "Design-Builder") to design and build a dock expansion and offshore swim platforms (the "Swim Structures") for the designated swimming area to support public recreational activities in the water, and to supply and install an anchored buoy system for the designated swimming area in the Gorge Marine Park ("GMP") at Banfield Park.
