Horticulture Building specifications: a) 30'X40" b) 10'X40' covered porch on the east side c) Walls 12' in height d) 10' overhead door on the north side to allow for the commercial delivery of materials used in the preparation of horticulture goods for resale e) 2 walk-in entry doors; door on the north side, 3'X6'8", door on the east side w/porch 4'X6'8" to meet ADA standards f) Floor and porch to be 4" concrete slab w/ fibermesh. g) 3 windows, 3'X4', 1 on the north side and 2 on the east side h) 1 window, 6'X6', centered on the south-side. i) No windows on the west side for light and heat penetration during summer 2. Electrical: a) Mount meter base on side of the new building and mount breaker box inside for power. b) Install lighting and receptacle where needed and/or other power etc. c) Utilities to be stubbed in by Connors maintenance department. 3. HVAC: a) Provide and install an HVAC unit that will properly accommodate the size and structure of the building. Make sure the air flow addresses the entire internal area.
