Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
2023 BAS Upgrades BID NO. DPW-2023115 In the event the Contractor, without excuse, fails to achieve Substantial Completion within the Contract Time, the Contractor shall pay to the Owner as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the sum of two hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($ 200.00 ) for each and every calendar day following the end of the Contract Time until Substantial Completion is achieved. The Contractor shall not be liable for liquidated damages for a day, or days, of excusable delay occurring during such period following the end of the Contract Time Base Bid includes all work required to complete the Project, including Building Permits, General Conditions, overhead, profit, insurance, bonds, taxes (if applicable), and all other expenses. Bid Guarantee (10%) Bid Bond Cost, Public Improvement Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bond Cost (100%). Question Deadline: 11/02/2023 at 2:30 PM CT.
