The scope of work involved for this project is as follows: -Renovation and addition of an existing 6,961 sq.ft. Fire Station -The project includes removing the exterior walls of the dorm and lockers rooms to expand the station. New layouts to include individual dorms, expanded kitchen and day room, new locker rooms, and renovated dispatch. -New interior finishes and updated electrical and HVAC equipment throughout. General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond in an amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Checks shall be made payable to "City of Roseville". *The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal that, in the opinion of the Owner, will serve his best interest.
